xT Spike-Timing Deviation

What it is

The variance in *when*, inside a possession, high-xT actions occur. Variation says the opponent must not be able to predict the moment of the spike — so a larger spread of spike timings is the goal. Draft method: record the timestamp of each above-threshold xT action, then take the standard deviation across possessions. Needs raw event data with timestamps and a Python/R script to compute.
