Final-Third Receiver Entropy

What it is

Entropy applied to *who* receives in the final third (RFT). A block defends reference points; if the final-third receiver is highly unpredictable (high entropy), there is no reference point to defend — the data face of the no-fixed-position attack. Needs an H_norm benchmark and tagging pipeline.
