Mutation × Signature Move Double-Buffering Index

What it is

When a positional mutation (a pass-network-detectable shape change) and a Signature Move land in the same sequence, the defence has to process two unscripted signals at once. This measures the combined decision-delay via VAEP swing — is the value spike bigger than mutation alone or a Signature Move alone would produce, i.e. do the two buffers actually stack? Concept stage: needs a tagging method for 'simultaneous' and a VAEP-swing baseline for each buffer alone.
